Where vehicle registration numbers, VIN numbers, chassis numbers, photographs, or other information are provided to assist identification, Lumina Parts relies on the accuracy of the information supplied by the customer.

Lumina Parts shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect parts ordered by customers;
• Incorrect information supplied by customers;
• Installation errors;
• Labour costs;
• Diagnostic costs;
• Vehicle downtime;
• Consequential damages arising from incorrect part selection.

Customers are strongly advised to confirm compatibility prior to ordering and installation.

6. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on the Websites are subject to change without notice.

Products remain subject to availability.

In the event of:

• Pricing errors;
• Supplier pricing changes;
• Stock discrepancies;
• Technical errors;

Lumina Parts reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or amend any order before dispatch and issue a refund where applicable.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

A binding sale is only concluded once payment has been received and the product has been allocated for fulfilment.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection by or handover to the courier.

is the property of Lumina Parts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
